Distance  :  500m Swim, 18km Bike, 3km Run

Registration
All participants are required to register themselves and collect their racing kits at the registration counter set up at the Desaru Golden Beach Hotel on Friday, 15th August 2008 from 11.00 am – 7.30 pm.

Race Briefing
A briefing session will be held at the Desaru Golden Beach Hotel on Friday, 15th August 2008 at 5.00 pm.

Bicycle Check-In                           
Long Distance Triathlon participants have to check-in before 7.30 am on Saturday, 16th August morning and body marking will start from 7.00 am – 9.oo am
Sprint Triathlon participants must check-in before 8.00 am on Sunday, 17th August morning and body marking will start from 7.15 am – 8.15 am. The bicycles are to be arranged according to the race numbers issued to you.
