LONG DISTANCE TRIATHLON
Starting at the beachfront of the Desaru Golden Beach Hotel, Tanjung Penawar (Desaru), the 2 loops of the 2km swim will be contested in the clear waters of the South China Sea. The 2 loops of the 90km bike course with very minimum traffic and only a few hills will take competitors past local villages and oil plantations before returning to the transition area. The 2 loops of the 21km run course will take competitors through the beautiful scenery of Desaru and back to the entrance of Desaru Golden Beach Hotel.
